Video Room – Copy your personal video room link to share with Attendees who you’d like to have a face to face meeting with. Don’t forget to share this link when accepting meetings with attendees so they know where to join.
Company Meetings – View list of all meetings requested by attendees via the Request meeting button in your booth View more detailed Instructions Please keep track of your meeting times and join at the scheduled time.
Meeting Availability – Set the times you are available to meet with attendees. They will see a list of these time slots to choose from when sending a meeting request.
